Welcome to "Ask The Political Team"
If you just stumbled onto this page you're probably asking yourself, "what's going on here? And why the hell should I stay?" If you're interested politics then you'll be happy to know you've just stumbled onto a brand new political podcast called "Ask The Political Team".
It's different from a lot of other political podcasts in that you don't have to know all the specifics, the gritty details, to start listening - Stuart Johnson (Ask The Political Team' second host) breaks all the technical stuff down - so if you don't know why Tom Daschle's recent announcement that he won't be running president in '08 is actually a big help to Barack Obama (who's been having subtle political fireworks with Hillary Clinton and might be a potential 2008 challenger to her) then that's totally fine, you'll still enjoy the show and probably learn a lot!
If you're not though, interested in politics, you probably won't like the show very much. See, as we are a podcast that's based around politics we usually don't end up talking about the latest celebrity gossip ... usually. But hey, you never know if you like something until you try it out right? So take a listen to our First Episode - it's more of a test run than an actually show but it'll give you an idea of what we're all about - and see what you think (the audio quality is pretty bad, sorry 'bout that - were working on fixing it.)
Also, make sure to subscribe to our feed and check back soon for another episode, we should have the second one up by tonight.
